Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens for both you and for myself and so sometimes walks may need to be cancelled.
All clients sign and agree to this policy as part of the dog walking or pet services contract ahead of any services.

Hot Weather Walking Policy
As an experienced professional, I'm fully aware of the risks hot weather poses during walks and strictly adhere to my hot weather walking policy to minimise them.
On hot days during the summer, each walk will be assessed in terms of the breed, age, size and fitness of the dogs to ensure your fur baby's safety is top priority.
Should I anticipate unsafe conditions, I may need to cancel walks and organise drop-in visits instead.
Although changing routines can be inconvenient, safety is paramount. Remember, missing a walk is minor compared to the risk of heat related issues.
